Indeed. Lofoten is IMO the only really good restaurant at Aker Brygge. The rest of the restaurants are tourist traps..
There's a actually a good breakfast place at Aker Brygge at Bryggetorget (the square in the back), Beach Club. My favourite breakfast place in the area. They also have awesome burgers the rest of the day.
PS. They usually open pretty late in the winter (10-11ish I would guess)
