I am looking to rent a Cadillac DTS in TPA for 8 days in June, the combination of codes above reduced my rental to $212 plus taxes, surcharges, and fees. I looked at using Hotwire, but the rate would have been around $245 plus taxes. While there is no guarantee of getting a DTS, if I used Hotwire, I might end up with a Lincoln Town Car or a Chrysler 300.
