Really the quickest is the qantas visa card but you said they have just closed the month.
I find them VVVEEERRRRYYYYYSSSLLLLLOOWWW to transfer to the rewards centre then its only a couple of days once it is in there.
they really need to get their act together.
Amex is very quick.
you buy soomething its in there straight away. I would get an amex card for emergencies like this!!!
