Flying out this evening to ADL, I was told that my flight will be about 40 mins late. Since I'm here (at MEL) early, I thought I'd burn a QF lounge pass and, well, I must say it's pretty disappointing.

The lounge itself is fine, but the computers could do with at least having s/w installed by someone competent. ICQ is installed, but fails to start properly. Some sort of telnet clone is installed, but comes up asking for licence data. The standard Microsoft telnet doesn't work.

Basically, everything (except for the web) that I use for communication is installed, but non-functional.

Looks like I just burned my last QF lounge pass for nothing.
