My passport was stolen last year right before a trip and I didn't have time to go up to Los Angeles to the passport agency myself. Several other expediters told me they could not help me. (honest businesses giving honest answers) It couldn't be done in time and they were upfront about it.

passportsandvisas.com told me next day, no problem and collected my money and paperwork. (dishonest business giving dishonest answer) It was FIVE days before I had my "next day" passport. They were evasive and clueless whenever I called them. I missed my trip. Other expediters told me they could not do next day but could have done two day. Moral of the story, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
