Search does not work if your search string has any word that is three characters or less.
That being said, F in the MD-80 is not fundamentally different than domestic F on any other narrowbody plane (though the seats are probably less preferable to those in the 738 or the 757). And no, you don't get lounge access on wholly domestic (non-transcon) itineraries unless you pay for it, as is discussed in numerous threads and on aa.com.
