Greetings:

I combed thos forum and found all sorts of information on US Air standby rules, mostly dating back to 2005. Perhaps it is time for some experts to recap recent rules/experiences.

While I am not one of the experts, I am looking to take advantage of it - DTW<-> LAS early am departure and red eye return; would like later standby for outbound, and early standby on return, all w/o paying. Possible?
