Book this as a oneworld award (OW130C). You'll be able to max this out at 16 segments. Routing doesn't matter, but you won't be able to use JL until they're in oneworld.
PER-LON is around 9K, so you'll have almost 2K to play with. You can easily go RTW with creative routing.
You can overnight in Tokyo, or any oneworld city on the globe, as long as you don't stay 24 hours.
