I too very much like the 4pm checkout that spg offers and the lurker certainly is extremely an important plus!^
I also would like to see the GPconcierge more proactive in the forum but I do say that Karen sometimes works behind the scenes and answers privately.
I do like the guaranteed comp breakky Hyatt gvies but have not been very lucky in getting later than 1-2 pm checkout ever~!
