SchmutzigMSP is correct. I have had this problem with 4 flights in one day. The solution is to call nwa.com Support 1-800-692-6955. Ask for a supervisor to update your record so you can check in for your remaining flights.
Works each time for me-got the same phone rep 2 weeks in a row who helped me with this.
Unfortunately, I had to learn this lesson the hard way on an earlier mileage run. Now, I've learned to just call directly so this is fixed before my trip begins. I did try going to a gate agent in one of the cities along the way and they could not check me in. Calling nwa.com was the only thing that worked for me.
