I love the street tacos in Mexico. Gorditas and Molotes are also on the top of the list. Gorditas are thick corn tortillas stuffed with meat, beans, cilantro and onions. Molotes are fresh tortilla dough stuffed with potato, cheese, meat and pretty much whatever else you feel like, then fried.
