Maybe you could pass along to your UA friends an exciting new feature for their website - such as telling you how much your fee is for booking award travel. I booked a reward UA ticket and was charged a $10 fee - my credit card showed $75. I was amazed to find this on the UA faq's:

ANSWER: Current technology does not support receipts at this time but that functionality will be added in the future.

Now that will be truly EXCITING for UA flyers when they get SO high tech as to be able to book you a reward ticket and tell you how much the fee really is.
