If you go on the united.com in the advanced, book iad-fco leaving the 1st and returning the 27th, it goes F9 P9 A9 C9 D9 Z9, etc.....

Also, you have to call the 800# and actually ask for the "A" fare. Some markets have it some don't perhaps (?) but almost all my "F" class travel has been on "A" - and then when you get your itin, it states "DISCOUNTED FIRST CLASS" - cute, eh?
