Very classy and very nice. These threads suck since they degenerate into BS kid hating non-informational postings.

In my personal experience, UA has provided my family with twin infants preboarding 3 of 3 flights. Although I am in Zone 1, they also make sure my family is at the front of the line which I greatly appreciate since I generally also buy a seat on the plane and need to tie in the baby seat and get my stroller collected on the jetway. Generally, these are side deals, though, and not some generalized anouncement.
