With the new
Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative requirement of passports for air travel between the US and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Bermuda, will travel for US citizens who visit Cuba via a third country be affected? Prior to this one could enter Mexico, for example, with a driver's license and not end up with two sets of Mexican entry stamps in one's passport -- causing US customs to question where you've been upon return to the US. I'm curious what will happen now. Is this just another way for the US to try to tighten the noose on Cuba?
