Breakfast


Starters

orange juice or apple juice

mango and passionfruit smoothie^

fresh seasonal fruit

fruit yoghurt

assorted cerals

Main Courses

ham and mixed vegetables frittata
with roasted potatoes, roma tomatoes, onions and pork sausages

glutinous rice with CHinese sausage and fried turnip cake served with chilli sauce (new item! tasted delicious ^ - note that this is NOT Lor Mai Kai!)

congee with gingko nut and pork

Bread Basket

assorted bread and breakfast pastries
served with preserves, honey and butter

Starters

seasonal salad
served with bush tomato dressing

marinated king prawns and cracked wheat (I think it was cous cous), quince paste and preserved lemon salad

Main Courses
roast lamb rack with rosemary potatoes
sauteed asparagus, carrots and capsicum

Kung Po chicken
steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables

herb crusted barramundi with pumpkin and spinach sauce
asparagus, zucchini and carrots

feta, spinach and basil ravioli with cherry tomato sauce

Cheese and Dessert

selected cheese

fresh seasonal fruit

baked New York cheesecake
