Yes, your time is within minimum connecting times - having said that, I gotta say that I find Frankfurt to be one of the more challenging airports for connections. The last time I went through, there was some construction going on, and the signage was less than perfect - if you are unfamiliar with the airport, it is not the easiest place for a fast connection. You will have to go through a security screening, but the queues are typically not what you would find these days in London.
You might want to check the arrival/departure gates for your flights and check them on a terminal map of the airport. My own experience is that I am always feeling rushed when I connect in Frankfurt, but I always seem to make my connection. Personally, if I was connecting between two rather long flights, I might enjoy a bit more time in the middle to stretch my legs, rather than racing from one gate to another. Not sure what other options might be available to you, but with your current itinerary, you will likely be as mikey2007 described - hustling from one gate to the other and making it just in time.
