Qantas NZ (JetConnect) is suspending WLG-CHC flights from March (see other thread).
No real surprise given JNO was withdrawn recently. There just arent enough aircraft left to service its current NZ domestic schedule on-going and allow for the "occasional" aircraft in maintenance. Will now be reviewing whether I stick with Qantas AKL-CHC only or just move all my travel to Air NZ which has more regular schedules anyway.
I wouldnt be surprised if Qantas withdraws from NZ Domestic completely or replaces current service with Jetstar (although I cannot see many cost saving advantages over JetConnect of this).
