OMG, left this board a few days and this stuff happens?!
While I didn't buy as much as the rest of you, I still bought $100 worth of Swiss Knight cheese wheels; some of them I haven't opened them yet!! And finding these things in L.A. wasn't so easy!
Added to the fact that they weren't so clear cut on "0" or "O" from the start, they should at least give several more weeks for these things to clear! Not even an advance warning is just outrageous!
Besides, they are potentially losing customers by this. I actually love the stuff, and I was more than willing to start buying these over the Laughing Cow product. But if they aren't going to keep their end of the deal, why should I start become a loyal customer to theirs?
The consolation Swiss Army Knife sounds also pretty cheap to me. They'd better be the good Victorinox ones!!
