This just popped up in one of the news reports about the TLV airport strike!

....."British airways had submitted a special request to authorize take-off. BA received permission to allow a flight crew that had overslept to fly home, but the company then tried to allow passengers onto the flight as well - and permission to take off was then rescinded by the strikers."
