It can be a huge issue if you have to go through "Security" to get to the lounge in the other terminal, then go through "Security" again to get to your flight. (Think LHR. You couldn't risk it on a 2-hour layover.) Having said that, I used a lot of the 10 entries under the plan I chose during times I was stuck in O'Hare while waiting for delayed flights back home to MCI. It was not a big deal to go from the DL Crown Room to my flight on AA since they were both airside in the same section of the terminal.

I'm about to sign up for a 4th year. It's been well worth it to me. I'll be Platinum on AA next year and the company that acquired my employer allows Business Class travel on transatlantics (a wonderful change), so I'll be able to get lounge access more often when I fly internationally- but I still like having PriorityPass for domestic flights.
