Honestly, I prefer the FP.
On the one hand, as the room rates a way cheaper (I am the most time on my own budget), the breakfast is included and the staff knows me .
The LM Dom Hotel is more expensive and from my point of view, the noise at the Place before the Dom could be also very loud (depending on the number of skate boarders on ht eplace).
I have so far never had any trouble with the noise of the construction in front of the FP, because the windows are sound proofed.
