I find my TA never enters my FF details correctly so I always make a habit of calling the airline and re-checking the details appear properly when I get my BP issued. A lot of TAs and even airline staff also forget that BMI's code is BD (and they put in BM).
Fortunately I have not had to do a manual credit of an LX flight to date - all have appeared within 3 days.
