If Mr. Huffy wanted the bin space, he could have asked you nicely if
he could have moved your bag, and then made sure that, whenever you needed something from your bag or upon arrival, he could check if he could offer assistance in bringing your bag back to you before removing his own from the bin.

When I have a bulkhead seat, I always try to board early so that I don't have to scrounge for space.
