2. 2.5 hours is more than plenty - you would clear immigration, collect baggage (if any) and come out on ground level at T3. Simply head up the esculator and you're back at check-in.

Or you may even get away with doing a 'flight connection' and therefore bypass immigration - although, whilst we understand what you are doing - those on the ground will probably not and think its something a bit iffy.

I was on the MAN-ORD run a couple weeks back. I didnt check in until 9.30am so you've plenty of time.
