You are not.
It's just another point to proof that this is a crappy law passed by our congress that cares more about their campaign fund rather than the public good. If I were AA, I wouldn't even bother to compete with WN head to head because I can still charge much higher fare out of DFW to business traveller that needs to get to their destination quicker and easier. Let's continue to pay high airfare in D/FW area
