I have stayed in two suites like this at the JW-just gourgeous!And a bargain if you would consider what this suite would cost anywhere else in the US including Las Vegas.
The one I had on the ground floor had a patio that would have accomodated a party of 200 people!
Definetly in the plans for a special celebration.
But back to the OP's question.
I would favor the JW simply because of the location.The RC is a loooooong way out of town-and don't belive the hype when they say 20 mins(by helicopter maybe)and the area,while full of nice homes has little else to reccomend it.
The area around the JW has some great new shopping/dining areas and the fantastic Red Rock casino is not too far,also it truley is only 20 min max to the strip.
The only fault with the JW os that the casino(seperate operation)is not very nice IMO.
