There was a report in the FVW magzine (a german travel trade magazine)
you earn on STR-FRA,ICE Sprinter - Services(FRA-MUc, FRA-BER or vv., or Metropolitan Services (DUS-HAM or vv.) 500 miles if you use a 1st Class Railticket.
2nd Class earns nothing.
If you use a Airticket for STR - FRA or vv. you earn 1000 (Status) Miles in Y classes and 2000 in C classes. Y and C are booked in the First Class section of ICE services.
A free ticket on DB services requires 15.000 Miles for 2nd and 20.000 for 1st class.
Trains have to be booked and can not be changed. Return only after Sunday rule.
