Nothing in "Exclusive" about minimum miles...
But...
"Flights" on Deutsche Bahn may already be booked from Stuttgart to FRA using the InfoFlyway.

Pseudo airport code for Stuttgart is: ZWS
Flight numbers : LH939x
"Aircraft" : ICE
Minimum miles like a normal LH flight.

Price for a "C" return ticket : 654,00 DM + taxes !
