The plane that Mr Sharley was flying had his communication equipments turned off.....nobody knows why....also they were flying in a level that they were not authorised to fly. They should have been 36 thousand feet but they were flying 37 thousand feet, exactly the golīs plane route.

Nobody in the control could contact the Legacy plane.

Why ?

Thatīs why the pilots are being questioned, there are many questions unaswered and Brazil is correct in holding them to further investigation.

Why did the pilots changed their route without asking permission ?

Yes, many questions.......do you think pilots should be detained until everything is explained ? Would they be in the US ?
