I'm only saying that I have flown TK five or six times, both international and domestic, and in no case was the experience even close to what one expects nowadays from the *A carriers. From the mob scene at the check-in desks (no visible queue), to the broken seats and septic toilets on the aircraft, to the overwhelmed, cynical and rude staff trying to survive their desperate jobs -- it was a nightmare from beginning to end, and one that I will go far out of my way if necessary to avoid in future.
