Another Loy Krathong Question
Hello Randy (or Anyone...)

I'm still trying to arrange a trip back to Chiang Mai for Loy Krathong. It seems like I might not be able to arrive in CM until Nov. 4. Will I miss everything? Is it only for one night - Nov. 3?
