Does anyone know if FD has changed the way it handles these? I requested an upgrade for St Maarten to AMS in September some weeks ago and have been waitlisted. As PE apparantly I am first in line. However Business is far from full and seats can still be bought at the lower fare class. I rang and was told that they wanted to sell some more cash seats before releasing any upgrades. It didn't use to work like this.
