The problem how to satisfy advanced and average users has been solved long ago - most websites have simple and advanced search. Now when I click "More search options" on Marriott site I don't get any actually.

I'm not asking for advanced search to be on the front page. It can be buried deep, but why remove it completely?

Sorting all RIs and CYs within 5 miles of New York by price was a matter of couple clicks with the old search. Now it's completely impossible. Hardly an improvement.
