Incorrect mileage credit for BU flights
On three return flights out of three since November, FD has only given me mileage credit for economy class on BU flights despite that I on each occassion had a paid business class ticket. Only after requesting corrections have I received the correct mileage. It is therefore a good idea to carefully check your FD statement.
