There are RTW awards but they are mileage based, and the terms and restrictions vary by the airline FF plan that you use to redeem them. BA doesn't appear to publish this type of award on its web site (or it is well hidden), so you would have to phone them. For AA the maximum mileage is 50K miles and 16 segments and costs 330K miles in F. For QF the maximum is 35K miles.
