Add to this the fact that G-TTOJ was struck by lightning on it's final approach to LGW last night and this added to their problems. Indeed, as I left work today, they were seeking to sub-charter an aircraft to help dig themselves out of the smelly stuff!

Hopefully, we may have some normality in the morning. The aircraft for the BA6944 0800 AGP normally overnights at LGW so we should be cooking on gas! (Security situation pernitting!)
~Surely there is some spare BA 737 capacity at LGW given the domestic cancellations... Perhaps GB should give BA a call and try wet lease an aircraft
