So does this mean that if I don't do something by the time of the flight, the residual value disappears? I won't have some amount "in the bank" that I can apply to a future flight by re-booking?
What if I rebook it now for some time far in the future (well, as far as they will let me) and then change that one? Seems like it might be expensive.
