Sorry to get a little off the purpose of your thread. I'd be more upset over the fact National wants to charge you $20.00, which seems to me well over and above the actual cost to handle and ship a pair of sunglasses back to you. I left a set of keys in an Avis rental a couple of months ago, and they mailed them back to me no charge which seems quite a bit more customer friendly.

I would strongly question the charge if I was in your position.
