I have returned to heavy usage of the Delta shuttle lately. In the bathrooms, and elsewhere aboard these 737s, the use of German and English language placards is noticeable.

Are these planes the equipment that DL inherited from Pan Am where PA used to run the Berlin-Munich/Frankfurt/Hamburg air service? (Until the late 80s PA, BA, AF, and SU had exclusive intra-German rights to Berlin)

I like them better than US Airways' old Eastern/ Trump shuttles, but US has phased those out in favor of the Airbus.
