Actually, remember that MM's - at least until this past year - have lifetime Silver Medallion Status, so the hierachy is correct, both based on that the fact that they are at least Silver Medallion, but also have the MM status.
I completely understand this document (of course I used to work for DL 10 years ago or more). Thanks for sharing.
