Why not give it a try with a 2yr or 3yr opt out clause if certain Pre-Set criteria are not maintained or improved?
Any time someone in government tries to imply that they can operate a business better than the private sector, I nearly gag. Government (particularly Atanta's) is a bastion of inefficiency when it comes to taxpayer funds. That is a gentle way to describe it. Atlanta has been the pork barrel for politicians and their corrupt buddies for a long time.
It is incomprehensible to believe that Atlanta can manage an airport better than a private contractor.
