You should definitely walk from 2F to 2C. With 65m, it should be OK. You need :
- 5mn to walk from 2F to the TGV station
- 1mn to cross over the TGV station from the North side of CDG2 to the South side
- 5mn to walk from the TGV station to 2C, where you will go through passports control.
If your flight from LYS uses a remote stand, you should add 15mn to reach 2F.
