Hi, I just rented a car from Hertz at MCO, and got charged a "Privilege Fee-if pkup is within 48hrs of flight arrival" for a whopping %9.5 of the rental cost! I searched here but couldn't find anything. Hertz gold desk doesn't anything about this surcharge and Hertz MCO is no answer.

Can anyone share any advice on this fee? Would I be able to get it taken off? I have been a gold member for 4 years and this is the first time seeing this "previlege fee" for booking a car within 48 hours. Isn't it true that all golds can book a car at least 1 hour in advance?
