So I expressed with sadness to the very friendly agent on why HP has reduced mainline a/c here. She said she doesn't understand it as nearly every flight is oversold and more capacity is needed. She even went on to say their one 733 service might dissapear as well.

As I balanced between sarcasm and humor, I said it's probably b/c "your Eastern 752's are being utilized for your HNL flights, thus pulling more demand on your airbii and circa Night Rider 737's" She smiled, looked at me, winked, and said "your funny. I like your shirt".

I booked a client AUS-FAT on HP and they said it was the dirtiest most disgusting plane they had ever been on. They said that the seats were falling apart. It was like a flying greyhound. No wonder they didn't keep the AmericaWest name when they merged most people have a very negitive opinion of HP.
