I am so outraged at these "targeted" offers.
They go to people who rarely fly and not to their best customers. I wrote Delta's SkyMiles customer service asking to be included in the offer of my choice. I wonder what form letter I'll get on that reply. They continue to wet their own bed. I have 6 trips planned for March alone, and if that isn't the customer they want to reward then I need to look elsewhere sooner than expected.
