For that part of the country and price range, I usually stick with the Choice brands (Comfort Inn, Sleep Inn, Quality in a pinch) or the lower cost Hilton brands (Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn - can always use the HHonors stays/points.) All of the above usually offer included breakfast and free in-room Wi-Fi.
