Holiday Inn Expresses are pretty good choices (note: NOT Holiday Inns). If you rea nearer to city centers or resort type of areas, the prices will be a bit higher than $80 though.

I've always found Hamptons to be pretty good too. May be a bit more than the $80 you're looking to spend though.

As for others, can't say.
