This property can feel loud and crowded as they book alot of conventions here, if you're looking for peace and quiet book the Park Hyatt a few blocks up the street. Century Plaza does charge for gym usage, they will remove it if you have status. Very busy valet parking, can be a wait for your rental car. Expensive Starbucks coffee in lobby the a.m. at least the Park Hyatt offers it free in their lobby.
