Unless you work for DL, it's really none of your business. None of these people take anything away from a fare paying passenger since they are almost the very last priority on the stand by list. AS Flyer, Most of these complainers don't want you to realize that their company is giving them free airfare (via miles, upgrade certs, etc) for anyone they want.
